  I live in Dayton, Ohio- though I am from the Antelope Valley. I had been getting the run around from Ohio Beauru of Motor Vehicles on the proper procedures to register my car (it still has California plates). My father is on the title with me (he lives in the AV), and according to Ohio State Law I would need a Power of Attorney because the state of Ohio doesn't recognize the word "or" (how retarded is that? lol) due to the fact that my father lives out of state. Anyhow, I spent the day looking for a notary in the AV that I could both trust and understand my situation. I found Marian on Google- yesterday 3/19/09, gave her a call (she was the only one of all the notaries I called in the area that actually picked up the phone), and explained my situation. She was able to complete the Power of Attorney and even traveled to my father's home to notarize his signature- ALL IN THE SAME DAY! Marian is truly a professional and could not thank her enough for her service. She went above and beyond what I expected, especially since I live out of state. I highly recommend Marian Harmon and I even wish she was local to me here in Ohio in any event I would need a notary.
